To manage sustainable operation of the Library Hub through systematic lending or supplementary reading materials and implementation of reading enrichment activities

1. Students, faculty and staff, or parents should log-in anytime they enter the library.
2. Silence should be always observed by anyone who stay inside the library.
3. Anyone (teacher, student, administrator) who will borrow reading materials such as books,
magazines, journals, newspapers should leave his or her school I.D to the teacher-librarian.
4. Those who will borrow the reading materials and bring them home for overnight use should
return them the following day.
5. Failure to return the borrowed reading materials on the indicated date will pay fine of 1 peso
per hour if the delay of return takes only an hour or hours within the day. However, if the delay
of return takes already a day or several days, the borrower will pay a fine of 5 pesos per day.
This execution of penalty through fines is also considered as fund raising of the school library.
6. In holding a meeting in the library, the concerned person should inform the teacher-librarian
one day before the conduct of the said meeting in the form of writing.
7. Curriculum level meetings are still allowed in the library.
8. Teachers should only occupy the tables intended for even during meetings or library works.
9. No contest/competition(individual or group) shall be held in the library since the space is very
limited.
10. Cleanliness is strictly observed within the school library premises.
